I Avtar Singh living in B-195, gf, Raghubir Nagar, New Delhi-110027. On Tuesday (24-11-09) some of your employees comes to my house and asked to check our water tank to my wife. After confirmed by my wife one of them go to our roof and told that your water tank have some breed of mosquitos etc, and they asking me for a challan. I talked with them that you are coming here for first time to check so how can you make a challan against me Please look into the matter, when you never come to check the water tank then why had you challan me.
