Shortage of pharmacists and windows in the pharmacy

A patient like me has to wait for more than an hour to get medicines. The sufferers like me asked and got the following answers from the men at the windows :

1. When in 1970s the number of patients reporting in the OPD were 2 lac. the no. of windows were 8. At present when the no. of patients in the OPD is more then 7 lacs. the windows are stagnant at 8. Over this the strength of pharmacists has been reduced from 12 to 7. Would the Commissioner MCD look into the matter.
