Damage of Vehicle and Misbehave at MCD Parking

My name is Yogesh. I am working at Aggarwal Millennium Tower-2, Netaji Subhash Place, Pitam Pura, Delhi-110034. I parked my Motor Cycle at the authorized MCD parking in front of Aggarwal Millennium Tower-2 on a monthly rental of Rs. 150/-. Yesterday (10-08), when I move out my bike from the parking while leaving from my office, I found it damaged. The foot rest of my bike is bent, side mirror is removed and one of the side indicators is broken.

It was clear that the bike had fell on the ground. When I talked to the parking person, he is saying that I am not responsible for such things. He gave me some lame excuse and finally he misbehaved by saying that I see many people like you everyday.

Please take some action against the guilty person.
