Rejection of Birth Certificate

Dear Sir,

I, Pooran Singh S/o Sh. Hira Singh R/o E-52-B, 2nd Floor, Site – IV, Lajpat Nagar, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad wish to state as under :

(1) My son Hiten Singh Adhikari, was born in Guru Teg Bahadur Hospital, Dilshad Garden, Delhi on 08.11.2009 as per GTB Reference No. 3914934.

(2) Further as per certificate issued by Sub-Registrar / Registrar of Birth & Death, Municipal Corporation of Delhi Registration No. MCDOLR09359344 dtd.24.11.2009. As per Registration Certificate my name is mention POORAM SINGH instead of POORAN SINGH mother of my son mentioned JANAKI is instead of SMT. JANKI.

(3) For this punching error, I have submitted the non-judicial affidavit at the time of submission my

(4) I have submitted all the relevant documents / details vide application no. 212642 on 01.09. during submission Mr. Vinay Kumar (document collector) have told me that there is some spelling mistake in my name as well as my wife name kindly approve the same from the sub-registrar, I have shown all the document including affidavit to sub-registrar and he make those documents ok and mention also remark there to kindly correct the same as per record.

Later on they have rejected my application.

Sir, I would like to state that there is punching error either on MCD or GTB Dilshad Garden, Delhi and also submitted the affidavit. Then why my application is rejected, I could not understand.
