Dear Sir,

I am handicapped guy, i got the vita milk booth from milk plant ballabhgarh in old Faridabad shastri colony in i am submitted the allotment fees 20000 /-(twenty thousand rupees) on 24 nov in milk plant, they submit the fees in mcf for the land where the booth has been made. But Mcf can't hand over the land to milk plant. Mcf says that there is a person in shastri colony who slapped the labor of Mcf many times, the person is very much close to the local councilor. Mcf officers say that you can make your milk booth your risk. Milk plant officer says that we can’t do anything its Mcf duty.

Sir, pls advice me what i can do?
