Regarding Job Offer lette

I got a mail from abbaqueensgatehotel.london@yahoo.co.uk for job. I applied for that. Then I got a appointment letter without sign after my first interview through mail. I got a doubt in that. Because the mail id is in yahoo. Then i got a hotel number from website. Then i called to that number. They said like the hotel was closed don't believe this, it should be fake. Then i asked this about to mail sender.

Now they sent me a appointment letter with sign. I don't know whether it is true or not.
