MCGM - F/North ward
Illegal Extensions or encroachments in the Registered Co-oprative Society premises

Sir / Madam,

This is with reference to our several complaints loged with the F/North ward against the illegal encroachment in the society premises by the shop owners (Shop no. 1, 2, 3, 7) as well as Open Parking encroached by shop no.3 and Open terrace on 7th. Floor being encroached by the flat owner in Flat no. 701.

The said open terrace was reserved for the Fire Brigade in case of Emergency entry in the building from the roof at the time of disaster.

We found that the corporation had not taken any legal action on the same. We again and again requesting to the corporation to remove all the illegal extensions or encroachments made by the society members at the earliest.

We following up this matter from past many years but still their is no action taken by the corporation against the tennanents. the result is more and more illegal encrochment incresaes in the said area / premises.
