Rs 2331 withdrawn mobile not recharged

I had recharged my airtel mob 9934289758 for Rs. 333 through much hyped mChek on 15.07.08 from my SBI, Boring Rd. Patna, Savings a/c no 10748978305.The said amount was withdrawn seven times amounting to Rs.2331but not a penny was added to my mob balance. The said amount was transferred to mChek a/c 397970044304.On contacting the Patna Airtel office they did not know what to do. I had submitted the banks passbook but nothing has been done so far. Mr. Mittal where is the money gone?
