Hotel booked was Fraud in service

Hi Team,

Please note i booked a room at Hotel Siddharth (AGRA) on 25-Oct via Yatra.com.

My booking was for an AC room. Please find below the kind of reference the yatra.com group provided:

1. No power supply from 11. PM on 25-oct -08 till 8AM the next morning, No power backups provided and no AC service

2. Food in the breakfast had cockroaches in it. Made a complaint to the manager though but no results.

3. No room service facility, had to rech the reception every time we needed help.

My Booking number: YT2111122.

This was a totaaly unaccepted kind of hotel reference provided by the Yatra.com group. Hope to hear from your side soon.
