Dear Sir/Madam,

I have sent above bond cert. no. 362633, Distt. No. 362633 for 1 bond for redemption on 15-12. Kindly note that till date I have not received the payment. I have also written you letter dated 15-01 for non receipt of payment, still till date I have not received the payment of aforesaid bond.

I am herewith attaching scan copy of covering letter sent to you with bond certificate for your ready reference.

I kindly request you to look into the matter and arrange to send the payment of my bond at the earliest.
