Non supply of LPG Gas cylinder by the agency

I am a consumer of gas agency MD Enterprise 9 Vishal Market Mukherjee Nagar Delhi 110009. My consumer number is 13211. For the past three to four months my agency has started harassing me. Every time I have to call at least 15 to 20 times, request, plead the agency to send the LPG cylinder on Saturday only, as I am a working woman and am available only on Saturday. But all my request/pleading has failed and they have not supplied the gas till today i.e. 20th April which was booked on 14th April. I called the agency on 18th April at least 10 times and requested them to send the cylinder but still they decided not to send the same.

I may add here that last month also they supplied the cylinder without receipt and when I insisted on the receipt they send me the receipt dated 22.3.09 (Sunday) How they issued me a slip on Sunday when Sunday is a closed day. That shows their manipulation and what happened to my booking made earlier on 13th March is not known. I therefore, request you to take appropriate action against the agency so that in future I do not face such harassment.
