Samsung India Authorize Service center problem

Hi sir,

I have a Samsung Mobile E250 with IMEI: 359197016866056. Right now this mobile is under warranty.

I got FM, charging and MP3 voice quality problem on it. So I visit my mobile to Samsung authorize service Center on data 15-feb. They told me within 15 day’s they will repair my phone. They return my phone after 20 day and told me that problem is solved. They have CHANGE PVC. But when I check my phone I got shock it is still as faulty. Nothing done on it. I ask them to repair it they start argument with me and say ok re-register complaint and come after 15 day.

I don’t know if I m paying money why I not gating facility.
