PF returns filing by the company

Sir,

I left the above company on November 1st 2008. They promised me that as soon as 80 days are get over we will submit it to your office. But when I forced them to give the acknowledgement I came to know that they had not submitted the PF application at all. At last I got the acknowledgement and it was submitted on 03 march. My acknowledgement No. is 13770/228. I came to know the company has not filed the PF returns at all. Please let me know whether the company has paid the PF amount or not so that I can take necessary further actions.
