Change of name in cheque issued

I submitted the Bills related to my mother's hospitalization to Medi Assist Bangalore, Things were fine and the amount was settled. But they issued the cheque in the name of My father who is no more. I sent back the cheque for change of name, asking to give it in the name of patient.

Later on submitted the death certificates of my farther to them (on 11.04.09), . Thereafter I am following up for the same daily and they are not picking up phone to answer. Toll free nos. are not in a position to answer as they do not have details.

The claim no with them is 3888446 .
