Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that on 19/06/09 i was purchasing Betnovate skin cream from "Misbah Medical Point Shop No K-2 A 94/C Sec 55 Noida" costing 17.64 for which I paid Rs 20 and the person employed there said that the medicine cost Rs 20 only. I insisted him for Bill which he refused by stating that it cost Rs 20 whether you want it or not. I even informed him that I am a Law student and i am aware of law so please don't do this in reply he again refused. Than I informed him regarding consumer forum then also he didn't bother. This is the behavior of shopkeeper.

Kindly take some action against the shopkeeper to change his behavior of charging price more than MRP so that other people would not be victimized of his arbitrary price.
