Non-delivery of documents

I've been expecting important documents containing some medical reports from Meerut to be delivered to Dehradun. The reports were required 'urgently' but it has been over four days and BLAZEFLASH COURIER COMPANY still hasn't got them delivered. I talked to a highly unprofessional person in their Dehra branch, after which they 'switched off' their phone. I wish something could be done to shake them out of the callous attide they have.
