Non delivery of speed post

Sir,

Some BP tablets were sent in ET193760185IN dt 5th Jan from ANNA ROAD HPO by my son (K.B.Aanand Kishor) adressed to Maheshkumar Muthiah, 4150 Lexington Ave N, Apt#4203, St. Paul,

MN-55126, USA. The medicine was urgently required for my wife, who has come to US now. But, tilldate (26th Jan) it hasnot reached here.

I would like to indicate that no tracking information is available beyond 6th Jan. Several E mails sent to the address appearing on the tracking site did not yield any response. An enquiry by my son with the Anna rd HPo revealed that the article was lying with St. Thaomas Mt PO at internation Despatch.

It is to be noted that the medicine was packed in the presence of postal officials after getting their clearence. The non receipt of medicine even after a long wait put us to tremendous difficulty We had to approach a Dr here for getting prescription.

it is regrettable that Postal authorities in India display scant regard for their duties.

I would request higher-ups in the Dept to look into the matter and do the needful
