Deliver Delayed

Dear,

Sirs/Madam,

There was some medicine which was delivered from M/s: Nash Homeoplex, which was an urgent requirement, enrolled under Docket No.15358602, Handed over at M/s: Trackon Andheri Branch on 24-Aug-09, to be delivered at Kharghar.

Today it is 27-Aug-09, and I feel sorry to say the delivery is not yet dropped to my residence, which had rubbed your promised delivery timings of 48-Hrs.

After my tracing from Andheri branch I had been furnished with contact number for New Mumbai branch, while checking the delivery with providing the details of the Docket No etc, I was surprised to hear that the branch needed the delivery address; this shows the loose attitude towards the responsibility, or loosing of details while changing hands etc.

Some one has to take a charge to stream line the process, which might have loose the tracks.

I am looking forward to get the delivery completed by today, which I believe the delivery should had got on hand on the same day by sending some one from home, which makes me to feel regret.
