Non issuing of bill

Dear Sir,

Today i have purchase medicines from M/s Ravi Medical (situated at Aditya Nursing Home, Sudama Nagar, Indore) of Rs. 60 & asked for pukka bill, for that he denied & saying that i will not issue the bill for one day medicines & worth of Rs, 60 if you want bill then purchase the medicines for 02 days otherwise you can do want you want but i will not issue the bill & says go make complaint where you can.

Pls look in this matter if this type of behavior will be done by shopkeepers with customers what we will do???
