Less amount of mediclaim received

I am Arjina Bibi (Master Policy No.- 2404382812100003) one of the coustomer of your product mediclaim insurence now facing a great problem due to the negligency of proper service. According to the company policy I submited all my details document of insurence against my claim and I also got back the certificate of mediclaim insurence insured sum of Rs. 15000/-.But I am sorry to say that in practical I received only Rs 6500/-.So now, I am in distress and disstisfied for the service provided to me.

So I have some queries in the following;-

1) certificate of mediclaim insurence insured me sum of Rs. 15000/- but they paid only Rs. 6500/-only. Why did I receive less amount aganist my claim?

2) What is present status of my policy?

3) how much money is really approved by the company aganist my claim?

4) Is it your company policy is that insured big amount to the customer but paid less than the proposed amount?

date of proposal & declaration: 01/07.

period of insurence: from 00.00am on 01/07 to mid night on 30/06.

I will be hihgly oblised if you kindly look after my problem and give me a proper solution for the public entertainment.
