Non compliance of ombudsman order & non receipt of balance claim amount

I had a claim of Rs.75450/- against my Policy no-282520007839.Out of that amount I have recived onlyRs29002/- & against which i lodged complin with ombudsman at Bhubaneswar. Hon. ombudsman has ordered on 17/03 to pay me my balance claim amount by 17/04/09.But till date I could not get that amount. Again I conveyed the non receipt of payment to Hon.ombudsman & headvised me to intimate my new address to Reliance general insurance co.

I have been shifted to Nagpur for my service hence my communication address has been changed as follows
