I have mediclaim policies since long back. now presently i have taken two policies bearing Nos620602/34/08/00000279 and 620602/34/08/11/0000254. i have not yet received id cards. i reminded many time to the br manager of bhimavaram. so far not yet received where as other companies are issued so earlier. what is the delay. i alreday lodged a complient one month back reply not yet received.
