Mediclaim policy with New India Assurance company
Cumilative bonus ammount stated in the policy not showing on there third party agents computee

My Mediclaim Policy with New India Assurance Company Vide Policy No 1134/08/11/00003648

valid from 15/7 till 14/7

In This policy my wife Rachna S Khanna is insured for Rs 4, 00, 000 Plus Cumilative Bonous of Rs 50, 000

Total For Rs 4, 50, 000

But when I forwarded bills of Hospitilization For 4, 50, 000 and More, TTK who is the agent for New India Assurance Company says that in there computer records No Bonus ammount is shown hence they have reimbursed only Rs 4, 00, 000.and for the balance 50, 000 they state that the sum Insured Exhausted.

We contacted Neew India Assurance Company Unit 112000 Asian Bldg Kamani Marg Ballard Pier Mumbai Mr Madan and have also given two letters for Rectification on 10/7 and 31/7, but theere no body is bothered.

I hope that this Indian consumer Forum will help me in getting this rectified so that i can get my Rs 50, 000 for which all bills has been given to the insurance company
