Rejected Hospitalized Mediclaim

I have taken a mediclaim policy from New India Assurance co. Ltd (TPA is Vipul MedCorp TPA Pvt. Ltd.) of Rs. 3000000/-and my card no. is 01CAA0039079Z. It is valid from 23.01.2009 to 22.01.2010.

I became hospitalized in Narula hospital, Yamuna vihar, Delhi due to pain in bothlegs & loss of sleep for the period of 12.02.2009 to 13.02.2009.Thereafter i submitted my claim to Vipul MedCorp TPA Pvt. Ltd.

But they are rejected my claim with given reason that " PATIENT WAS ADMITTED WITH C/O PAIN IN BOTHLEGS, LOSS OF SLEEP. DIAGNOSD AS CONVERSION REACTION. PSYCHOSOMATIC AILMENTS ARE NOT PAYABLE AS PER POLICY CLAUSE 4.4.06. HENCE CLAIM MERITS REPUDIATION AS PER OUR OPINION. "

But it is not mentioned anywhere on Doctor discharge/reffer slip.doctor gave only opinion that it will be physicological or orthopadic .but it is not confirmed.

I send many mail to vipul medcorp TPA ltd in this regard to its concern person mr Gurminder singh, BDO. but he is not giving any response.

I have paid all hospitalised expenses and covered all hopitalized treatment.

SO. you are requested please help me to reimburse hospitalized expenses.
