Non payment against claims submitted

I had submitted claim for the treatment of my mother covered under the Policy No. 081702/48/06/00000753 of United India Assurance Co. Modi Nagar (UP)-India. The policy taken under the corporate scheme of my employer is in my name and the faimily is covered under the same. Treatment my mother for the eyes was carried out at dr RP Centre of All india Institute of Medical Sciences- New Delhi during April- July and the claims were submitted on 27-08. the reminders in writing have been given to United India Assurance Co.-Modi Nagar for reimbursement of the amount as per policy, but no action has been taken by the officers of United India Assurance Co, Modi Nagar. The surveyor of United India Assurance Co. has been calling me at my office numbers just for informing that the claim has to be passed through him. Further, the surgery for removal of gall bladder of my wife, who is also covered under the same ploicy, was done in December last week. The claim for this treetment was submitted on 25-02.
