Salary

Dear Sir,

I have worked with Medinex Laboratories 01, Prabhat Nagar, Jogeshwari (West), Mumbai – 400 102. State: MAHARASHTRA and 2 months before I left the company. The company’s rules were such if they are leaving the employee then no notice period (not a day also) is served/given to him/her. But, if employee is going then notice period to be given. I left after giving them the notice & in spite of notice my Salary deducted for 12 days without adjusting my leave at credit.

My leave amount is not important but my Salary should be given for the full month which I worked. (Leaving date 31st DECEMBER).

I hope the above is sufficient to take strict action against them so that they will not do it with the other employees.
