The information they provide in the Phone are of no use; because they provide incomplete information; They also courier the confidential thing with checking the person's id proof. They service is also poor they don't treat customer in priority base. My Debit Card pin was Couriered to a Wrong Address and my transaction password was also block; i was unable to Withdraw my own salary; they told me that i can use cash Payment Facility. They just asked me to give cheque no. I have given the cheque num by asking my Husband because usually i don't carry cheque with me all day. i asked me that i am in Urgency kindly do it by 2 o clock in the noon. After doing complaint they cam at my Office by 4 in the evening. Then after asking for proof; I have given the Proof then they are asking for Photo copy of the Proof; i told them that i was not inform earlier about this; you just wait i asked somebody in my office to do the Copies of the PAN Card. I have given the copy of my pan card ; then after they asked me about the cheque i told that i am not having with me; if you need then please come tomorrow and collect the cheque with me. And they have also not told me that i have to be ready with the cheque. Hole day i was suffered because incomplete Information and Very Bad Customer Service.
