Fraud Job Provide

Hello Frns!

I have got something fishy about this job provider. His/Her email id is meenakshirawat28@gmail.com

When asked about the job, She Says that she is representing a company from India and is providing ad posting job for home based jobs. Following is information that i have tried to get from some people:

1) She doesn' have any contract with the client. in fact, she claims that she is the client of the job. Quite Unusual, that client is asking people to join from various cities and appointing them without an interview or joining procedure also.

2) No Contract with the Service Provider or Freelancer, meaning she can make the freelancers work like mad for a month and than do not pay them money with few reasons:

Reasons may be: Not Accurate Posting, Not According to guideline or may even run away with the money.

3) Also, it has been found that for some workers she offers daily payment, for some she offers weekly or fortnightly and for some it is monthly. all according to her will

So we think there is no written document for this work and she is actually making people work without making them pay.

4) When asked about references or any freelancer that has been paid; she says that the company has policy of "Non disclosure of Workers". If the company is paying money to someone, i dont think there can be any reason to hide it. Until and unless company is making fool of them

So friends, be aware of this job provider and think before you join.
