Resident of Annanagar, Madurai, I had purchased a coffee powder packet by mistake we had purchased 2 packets. I had realised it after paying the bill, immediately we had told them to take back one, for which they were insisting that they should buy some other product for the same amount.

Why can't they take it back when I give it immediately. I have been a customer to them from the period the branch has opened in Annanagar- no more I would feel like going to the shop.

For the same coffee powder there was a free gift to be given that is a stinless steel glass which they gave but it had looked like a used and unwashed glass that is another reason why I wanted to return it. Why cant the free gifts be maintained like any other product in a good manner.
