Arrogant & Abusive Behaviour by Shop Owne

Hello,

I’m residence of Bangalore. On 28th July I’ve visited one shop in Rajaji Nagar for some shopping along with my family; where shop owners has given ill treatment to us and used bad & abusive words in response to our basic questions about bill.

Shop Name & Address is as below –

Landmark – Beside Vishwas Jewellers & apposite to state bank of Hyderabad ATM

Actually, my family was regular customer of this shop so we thought to purchase from the same place; but this time while billing when I’ve tried to ask some basic questions about bill and discount then instead of replying in appropriate manner the person who was at counter started shouting on us and other sales person joined him. Later on aged person came inside and started shouting on us. We felt very insulting especially being regular customer.

Even the moment we came out of shop still those people were screaming at top of their voice. They were demanding us to pay service tax and etc.; although we didn't purchase anything. Then they were started forcing us (using bad words) to buy the things.

The shop might have been an age old one or the shopkeeper might have a good repute in that area, but, he should not have behaved with us that way. It is a disgrace to have such black shop in the area Rajaji Nagar.

Please ensure that the public / customers are well treated in the Bangalore.

Not sure what kind of action you can take but thought to bring this in your notice.
