Sir,

I booked one scooter and one box from delhi to meerut city on ticket vide bilti no.387058 dated 22 march 09. I loaded those two personally in delhi haridwar passenger. At Meerut city station, I contacted the guard for unloading; he directed me to call the parcel office people to open the carriage wagon. Despite my frantic effort the luggage was not unloaded. I lodgeg a complaint at city station the copy of which is attached herewith. Till now my luggage is untraced and I am regularly contacting the parcel clerk Mr. Gill of Meerut city, whose mobile no. is 09927144146.
