Megacab
Overcharged by making more km. as well as against night charges

Unfortunatly I booked a megacab from new delhi railway station to maujpur to pick up my guest. He was new to delhi. We have given time to driver is of 10.15. He reached at station and picked the guest at 10.25

now the distance from new delhi to maujpur is not more than 12 km. At night hours there was no rush. But to make more km. as well as to charge night charges (which started after 11pm) Driver was moving the cab all around delhi and reached maujpur at 11.40. with a charge of 17 km.

by this way he charged 5km extra

wasted our one hour time

taken night charges extra

already complaint at customer care and waiting reply from mega cab.
