FRESH WATER PIPE LINE LEAKAGE LAST SIX MONTHS

Sir,

I have tried so many at your complaint phone no. 1916 but no person pick up the phone then I have go your office in Jaffarabad/West Gorkh Park Shahdra Delhi-32. I have complaint regarding leakage of water no action has been taken till date. Sir the pipe line was changed before six month that was replaced by very lower quality pipeline the same was leakage since the date of replacement the department waste the money of the People of the India. Sir I want to know RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT (R.T.I) where I should filed the complaint under R.T.I regarding lower quality material used by the DELHI JAL BOARD. And the person who is responsible for this work and made the payment for this work without any supervision.
