This is to clearly state that i am ur prepaid customer and want to covert to postpaid. Company executives had approached me with a postpaid plan for which i had paid them and got the SIM card, but my no. has still not been activated for past 16 days. The company is very irresponsible and the customer care is very bad in response. The vodafone stores are good for nothin and they just waana make fool out of people. Why the hell company outsources to such a bad call centre, infact why a call centre?? Altogether very very bad experience with vodafone.i would also like to comlain against mr. praveen kumar one of ur call centre executive, he was very rude.
