Partial delivery of commited goods

Sir,

Based on advertisement in Times of India, Bangalore Edition dated 26th June, we have applied for INKJET PRINTER - EPSON STYLUS T11 from MEGA SYSTEMS.

We have paid the amount through cheque No: 565424 of Canara Bank dated 3rd July.

MEGA SYSTEMS acknowledged the receipt of our amoun, and through order number 111707360

they have delivered - ONLY THE PRINTER on 14th July. But according to the advertisement whose details are given above, we are also supposed to receive one FREE BLACK CARTRIDGE worth 250/-. But inspite of calling them several times, they have not yet responded - yet times given some vague answers. Hence decided to file the complaint through consumer forum.

Please do the needful.
