Discountining the autometic sms

I am reliance customer from many years . now i am facing a problum with it . from last two or three months i am automatically receiving sms of criket related news. and from this service my balance is autometically deducted (i am prepaid customer). now i want to discontinue this type of massages, i tried various times on customer care number that is *369 but there was no respond on that number.

But now you are requesting to discontinuing this type of criket related news and scores's massages as soon as possible.
