Subject: - Complaint against illegal construction and encroachment of government land against Bhoole Singh S/O Mohar Singh R/O 623 Chauhan Mohalla, Madanpur Khadar, Near Animal Dispensary, New delhi-76.

Sir,

Most respectfully showth

1. That the complainant is permanent resident of the village- Madanpur khaddar Delhi -76

2. That the aforesaid accused has encroached the land of “Animal dispensary” and one wall of the dispensary has been damaged/fallen by the accused and the whole material of the said wall also theft/grabbed by the accused and when the Hospital/ Dispensary employee asked him he threatened them that “ he has money and no one can do nothing even the police is also in my pocket” and further said that if anyone will try to made any complaint against him he will have to face dire consequences

3. That when some complaint made against him no action has not been taken by the police as the complainant have good repute is bad elements/Goonda of the society.

4. That the accused has been doing illegal construction and he already constructed up to 3rd floor which is not permissible by the MCD or DDA, and no site plan has been sanctioned by the accused.

5. That most of the construction has been done in night and under the shelter of goonda element along with some police post Sarita vihar, therefore none made any complain against aforesaid accused.

6. That such construction is strictly prohibited without prior permission of the MCD/DDA but the accused freely doing construction however we have made many complaint against the illegal construction to MCD office but they also did not taking any action to stop this illegal, unwarranted, unauthorized construction.

Therefore it is most respectfully prayed to take immediate action against the above mentioned accused for the sake of our society.
