INDIA TODAY BOOK CLUB -A FRAUD ENTERPRISE

India Today Book Club a reputed enterprise offered me that against a purchase of some books costing 2500/- I would be getting a free air ticket worth Rs. 7000. However the books were delivered to me and a invoice cum delivery note where a number to claim the special offer was imprinted along with other details. I tried to enter the same details on the website and it got rejected every time I entered. Then I called their customer care who did not repond to my query and put me on hold. Then I wrote an email. For that also there was no response. I stay Bangalore so dont have an access to their office in Delhi. Its a shame on their part that how they are spoiling their name and really want this FRAUD company to be closed down and the authorites to be taken in judicial custody.
