EPF Claim Status link not updated

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in regards to the online link where we can check the status of the PF Claims/Withdrawal Status.

The above mentioned site is not updated with the latest information. One of my friend had already received the PF amount but when I enter his pf details, it says "Claim not received by the office". If I enter the PF info of a person who has not received his/her pf, then also I get the same reply.

The Online site for knowing the PF status was introduced to make people use of it to know the status of their pf withdrawals. But if the site is not giving the correct information, then it is totally useless service.

I do understand updating the site everyday is not possible. But weekly once will be worthful, but not done till now.

As I mentioned earlier, my friend received his Pf before 2 months and still it is not updated in the site.

It gives the same reply "Claim not received by the office". The same reply is flasihing before gets the pf and also after he received the pf.

I kindly request you to update the site atleast in a weekly basis or 15 days once, which will be useful for the people.

If this is been done, there wont be any phone calls to Pf office for knowing the pf withdrawal status. All would check in the online site itself.

Complaints on Pf withdrawal status has been raised more because the site is not giving info proactively. if this is corrected, then the calls to pf office will get reduced as said.

Seeking your intervention in soliciting this issue.
