Non issue of Card

I was issued atemporary Card from Reliance Fresh Stores on filling up the requisite form in May. I was told that apermanent card will be issued in 2 months. Even after waiting for more than 8 months the permenant card was not given. On contacting the branch No. 2382 at ramanathapuram, the Marketing Manager present suggested that I fill a new form and give the old card back and the new permanen card will be given in 2 weeks. i submitted the old card No.2266111323947945 and received a new temporary card no: 226111324491737 which was in the month of November. I am still to receive the permanent card. I do not know what is the problem I had done the same thing of applying for membership card at STARBAZAR Mumbai and within 2 wweks I was called in to collect my permenant membership card. I am unable to understand the inefficieancy of Reliance in front of TATAs. I think relaiance gas grown too big in India and have no feelings for customers.
