MEMORY FOAM PILLOW - Sleep with Comfort & Care
Defective Product

I have ordered a MEMORY FOAM PILLOW - Sleep with Comfort & Care on 23/11 and there are few problems which I want to discuss:

1. Order took 20 days to delivered and we have to take the order from courier office. Why it has not been dispatched the home address “HOUSE NO-D 913, COLONY NAME-NEW FRIENDS COLONY, NEW FRIENDS COLONY” that we provide at the time of ordering.

2. There are 2 pillows, they both are folded when we received the order due to this the smaller one got damaged and it is of no use now.

The Order # 2874149 on the name of Maninder Singh. Please provide me the solution for this problem. How can we get refund for it? Please contact “Lalit Chitkara” at 917838319053 regarding this issue.
