Non-payment of amount

Dear Sir,

Reference: Unit Certificate No. MEP9340030178, MEP'93 Scheme No. Master Equity Plan 1993, Folio No. 04082787, Name of unit holder: Narendra Pal Singh Chauhan

This is to inform you that you have alleged that you had sent a cheque No. 570212 dated 14/09/1999 of Rs. 8550=00 but I have repeatedly informed you vide letter dated 09/04 and 04/05 that I have not received the aforesaid cheque so-far and requested to issue duplicate cheque forthwith but being a Government establishment, most of the employees are very lazy and having attitude to shift the responsibility to others so because of the aforesaid reasons, I could not get the payment till now.

Please help me in the above matter immediately and also forward this complaint to the Managing Director of the UTI immediately failing which I have lodge an FIR against the Director (s) of the UTI for breach of trust and for which, you shall be responsible for all cost and consequence.

However, to maintain cordial relationship, please act forthwith
