Fan Belt suddenly got off

On Friday at about 7 00 pm while going in the car, fan belt got off and got stranded in the middle of the road because the steering wheel was stuck and was not moving as such there was no option but to park it aside and call the service center no.

It is surprising an expensive car like Mercedes Benz bought just about one and half year ago, getting into this kind of problem is something very strange. Had the same problem happened on High way it would have been nightmare.

Though the service center technician did reach within one and half hour of calling, it is very strange something like this happening that too for a car like Benz.

Hyderabad has very unscrupulous dealer who is complained to be very unreasonable in their attitude towards clients. In fact, lot of Hyderabad clients are patronizing other models like BMW or Audi just because of the hostile service from the dealer.

Company like Benz shall have to look into service aspect very seriously and monitor the activities of the dealer and service center more frequently by taking direct feed back from all those who had bought the vehicles.
