We are a company which is selling jewelery. i have recently installed a credit card machine of axis bank which took huge effort to install the machine thinking that axis bank is a good bank. but in may when i has swiped a card of one of my customer of ge money the payment was delayed. secondly when we went to bank to ask the reason the person sitting there in customer relations named surendra shakhawat misbehaved and did not have any reason for the payment not to be credited into the account. then next day he call the company up and tels us that the machine has been de-activated and the payment will not be credited into the account until and unless the machine is not returned to bank. the reasons were not disclosed to us why this account was been de activated. as we have also been caring an icici machine and we dident have any complains from them. it is so surprising that a bank chain like axis bank"s name is been spoiled by its staff and the reason"s are not been disclosed by the bank to its customer.
