Fraud against home loan

Dear sir/madam

my name is hirdesh kumar belongs to bareilly u p . in the month of april 08 i have applied for home loan in icici bank to purchase a house collection manager mr. vaibabh given a clause in my case that i can purchase only the mortgage properity of icici. so i have seen few properity and select one of them.

in the month of november my loan has senctioned and i have recieved senction letter.

but till that day the collection manager is not doing his job properly he has taken 28, 000 rs from me for technichal, agreement and other formalities.

but till today i didn, t get any property and in the mean time one other member mr. bharat has taken 10, 000 rs by the name of advance of the properity and he has left the job.

so its my request you to solve my case and help me to get the money or home.
