I confirm world's worst service support provided by Mercury UPS Customer support of Hyderabad, India. We'd given complaint to those hopeless people at least 5 times and they did not responded well. We'll recommend all our customers and vendors don't ever buy Mercury UPS. It's useless UPS company.
