My post paid subscrcription is discontinue without any information

I am post paid subscriber for last more then five years of your organisation my cell No. is 09893057165. I am facing problems regarding billing and discontinuation of services without infoformation more then twice or thrice during last six month. this is the first time when i am writing about this issue just because all the limits are over now, my cell is totally out of sevice. When i dialed my own number response was this phone Number is not available. I would like to ask you what should i do under such condition. looking forwaredfor your reply.
