Helpline is not picking the phone

Yesterday my car battery drained, i tried helpline nuber 10 -15 times but no body was picked the phone.

Is this the way of service you are provide than we don't want to continue your service next time. I personally feel bad about your services and will recomend all my circle and friends to go with some other helpline agency to avoid worst service response of your company.
