Defective Product

I purchased a Toshiba Fly mobile set model number TS 2060 (item code 359668000536483) vide cash memo number T31/12088 from Big Bazar, kaushambi, Ghaziabad on 14-Sep.

The set is having following defects;

1. Blue tooth system is not working properly.

2. MP3 system is not accepting loading of songs, even after addition of memory card of desired confugeration.

3. Vedeo recording stops within 12 to 23 secs, even after addition of memory card of desired confugeration.

4. Battery back-up is very-verry less.

The said set was given at your service centre, Adonis electronics, D-55, Patparganj Industrial Area, Delhi on 2-Apr vide there job number 08040685680010.The service centre could not rectify the problem till date.

As per your service centre representative, the PCB plate has been replaced, but no above memtioned defects could be rectified. During this period set was also sent to Fly company for repair, but problems still persists.

Now, your service centre has again informed, that they are sending the set again to Fly company. I have visited the said service centre at least seven times, without getting any relief.

I contacted Mr anil Bajaj, Manager Service- Adonis electronics on phone many times, but to no avail.

In view of the above, you are requested to intervein to replace my mobile set with new set immidiately to end my sufferings.

This company is pushing defective sets in the market and unable to provide effective after sale service, hence cheating the customers.

You may kindly initiate necessary actions.

Hope this consumer complaint forum will keep me informed about the actions.
