MY PHONE WAS NOT STILL REPARED

Dear sir

I am Amit Roy from kolkata, currently i am using fly B600 phone. But last couple of week i am faced a problem with my phone (my phone was not connected with computer). I am gone to fly cervice center at kolkatata (Aura Telecom), at first they told me that it was data cable fault and they changed it but my problem was not solved. And finally on 2nd December they told me that it was charging board fault and need to be repared from Fly head office at Delhi.on 6th december they confirmed me that my phone was despatched towards delhi (fly head office) on 6th december. Today is 30th december and i am still not get my phone back, so i wanna to know when i will gat my phone back.
